Aberdeen Performing Arts Center Fundraiser for a Piano And Lights

The Aberdeen Arts Council is raising money for a piano and additional lights for the Performing Arts Center that were not included in the building costs. The estimated cost of the Piano is $35,000 and the lights will cost around $65,000. Altogether we are seeking to raise $100,000 for this project through Seat Donations. In recognition of every donation of $250.00 or more, we will place a small plaque on one of the seats in the new Performing Arts Center. We recognize that this is a very ambition goal, but we also know of the generous spirit of the people of Aberdeen and appreciate their support of the Arts.

The Aberdeen Arts Council is 501(c)3 non-profit and all donations are tax-deductible.

Aberdeen Arts Council 2017-2018 Season

The 2017-2018 Aberdeen Arts Council Season has been finalized. You can look forward to the following events:

  • Community Choir Christmas Program – December 10, 2017 @ 6PM in the AMS Gymatorium.
  • AAC Talent Show – March 9, 2018 @ 7PM in the AHS Auditorium. Contact Andrea Myler or Wayne Millett for more information.
  • AAC/Evan Wride Senior Scholarship – Applications are due February 28, 2017.
  • Youth Drama Camp – TBA – June 18-23, 20178. Performances will be Friday & Saturday, June 23 & 24, as part of Aberdeen Daze.
